Cycloon delivers packages throughout the Netherlands. We use a sustainable shipping method that prioritizes people and the environment. Outside our direct delivery area, packages are handed over to a Cycloon partner.
About Our Delivery Times
We always ship your order (if in stock) within 2 business days of placing your order. Packages usually take 1–2 days to arrive after that. Deliveries are made on business days.
If a product on our website is out of stock, please contact us for the delivery time. We will then order the desired product from the supplier.
Good to know:
We process orders on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. On Saturdays, we are working in the store and it is difficult to answer questions about pending orders. We do our best to ensure orders run as smoothly as possible in collaboration with Cycloon. We are still in the process of setting things up. Sometimes things go wrong, but we focus on solutions and respond quickly.

Free shipping on orders over €99.00 (excluding bicycles)
€5.99 shipping fee for all products under €99.00
Belgium and Germany
€6.99 for all products in Belgium and €8.99 for Germany.
In Belgium and Germany, packages are delivered via a Cycloon partner.

Free shipping applies to regular products only. Bikes excluded.
In such cases, the customer is responsible for organizing and paying for transport. Please contact us in advance to discuss options and receive a manual invoice if applicable.
Sustainable Packaging
We strive to reuse and recycle as many boxes and packaging materials as possible. Our boxes may not always look brand new, but we always deliver our products carefully and securely packaged.
Not home? You can reschedule your delivery
If you won’t be home at the scheduled delivery time, you can reschedule your delivery through Cycloon’s customer service. For example, you can schedule a new delivery date or provide a different address. Cycloon’s customer service is available via WhatsApp, live chat, and phone.
